Late Arrival Policy

Podiatry & Moore

At Podiatry & Moore, we are committed to providing high-quality care while respecting the time of all our patients. To ensure appointments run smoothly and on schedule, the following late arrival policy applies.

Arrival Time

We kindly ask that patients arrive 5–10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary paperwork.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule to avoid delaying other patients.

  • In some cases, a late arrival of more than 15 minutes may be treated as a missed appointment.

Fees

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to late arrival, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Our Commitment

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. If you believe you will be late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so we can advise you of your options.

This policy allows us to provide fair, timely, and respectful care to all patients attending Podiatry & Moore.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Podiatry & Moore

At Podiatry & Moore, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality care to all patients. Missed appointments and late cancellations impact other patients who may be waiting for care. To ensure fairness and availability, the following policy applies.

Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another patient.

Cancellations can be made by:

  • Calling the clinic during business hours

  • Leaving a voicemail outside business hours

  • Responding to your SMS reminder (where applicable)

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a No Show.

A No Show fee may apply. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment before future bookings are confirmed.

Late Arrivals

As outlined in our Late Arrival Policy:

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

  • In these cases, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Our Commitment

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unwell or experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation.

This policy helps us maintain availability, reduce wait times, and provide timely care to all patients at Podiatry & Moore.
